Los Angeles, CA — Swiss-Persian actor Aran Shiri has officially arrived in Hollywood — ready to take the next step in his career. Known for his authentic performances, powerful screen presence, and remarkable versatility across genres, Aran represents a new wave of European talent entering the American film industry with passion and precision.
Born and raised in Switzerland in a Persian household , Aran began his artistic journey on local stages before transitioning into film, where he quickly drew attention for his depth and emotional intelligence on screen. Having trained intensively at the Stage Academy of Switzerland (2023–2024) and refined his craft through workshops with Aurélia Marine, Deborah Meister, and Jax Laski, Aran has developed a grounded yet expressive acting style that balances technical skill with raw authenticity.
His growing résumé includes leading roles in acclaimed short films such as “Echo” (Dir. Milot Idrizi), “Dreamliner”, “Happy Hour”, and “Chaos Underneath” (all directed by Konstantin Reber), as well as supporting turns in “Hydrangeas Blood” by Bruna Pereira and the feature series “The Last Chance” by Flamur Blakay. Beyond film, Aran has showcased his range in commercials for major international brands including McDonald’s, Nestlé, CKW, Luware AG, and ZHAW, often in charismatic or comedic lead roles that highlight his timing and natural charm.
