Once again, Iran has become a graveyard for its own youth.
In just a few days, streets, alleys, rooftops, and even hospital corridors have been filled with the sound of gunfire, screams, and the cries of mothers who have lost their children — not because of war, not because of foreign invasion, but simply because those young people dared to demand freedom.
They stood with empty hands and open chests, facing bullets, to say one simple truth:
“We refuse to live as slaves.”
The regime answered with bullets, mass arrests, hangings, and terror.
It shut down the internet.
It cut off electricity.
And in the darkness, it unleashed its killing machine.
According to non-official and independent sources, more than 20,000 people have been killed in these few days.
Not soldiers. Not terrorists.
Young men. Young women. Students. Workers. Ordinary Iranians whose only crime was believing they deserve a life with dignity.
The Cowardice of the World
What did world leaders do?
They released statements.
They expressed “concern.”
They posted a few tweets.
And then… they went silent.
No emergency sanctions.
No real diplomatic pressure.
No concrete action.
The truth is painful:
To many governments, Iranian lives are worth less than oil, less than business deals, less than political convenience.
If this massacre were happening in Paris or London, would the world still be this quiet?
A Generation That Will Not Go Back
The regime has miscalculated one thing:
This is not the generation of fear.
These young Iranians grew up connected to the world.
They have seen how free people live.
They know that life under the Islamic Republic is nothing but a prison disguised as a country.
They are not asking for miracles.
They are demanding what every human being deserves: freedom, dignity, and a future.
And this generation will not retreat.
The Beginning of the End
Mass murder may buy this regime a little more time — days, maybe weeks —
but every drop of blood awakens thousands more.
History is clear:
No government survives after slaughtering its own people.
This is not the end of the Iranian uprising.
This is the beginning of the end for the Islamic Republic.
We Will Not Forget
The names of these young people, their faces, and their courage are now written into the memory of a nation.
One day, Iran will be free.
But that freedom is being paid for today with the blood of its bravest sons and daughters.
And the world will have to answer for its silence.
